- Astapana Vasti (Therapeutic Decoction Enema): involves administering a therapeutic decoction enema to cleanse the area from the transverse colon to the anus. This procedure helps eliminate accumulated toxins and waste from the lower gastrointestinal tract.
- Nasyam: Nasal instillation of medicated substances clears the respiratory tract and paranasal sinuses.
Paschaat Karma (Post-Therapy Regimen)
Paschaat Karma focuses on the post-therapy dietary regimen to restore the body’s digestive and absorptive capacity to its normal state. It involves specific dietary guidelines and lifestyle practices designed to support the body’s healing and rejuvenation following the Panchakarma procedures.
