After the medical discussion if the Doctors, as well as the client, feel like Dheemahi Ayurveda program suits well for you then the client can reserve their spot.

For every booking to be confirmed, an advance payment is requested. This advance payment is due directly after the client has placed a binding reservation after the medical discussion. The advance amount is 50 % of the total cost and the remaining 50 % to be settled within 5 days of Check-in.

The treatments and programs are consulted, customised, decided and implemented on a day by day basis. So any number of days above 7 days we will be taking up for a satisfactory Ayurveda detox and rejuvenation. 10 days an ideal minimum, 14 days gives the possibility for a thorough detox. Depending on the availability of days it can be any number of days and does not have to adhere to milestone numbers like 7 or 10 or 14, it can be like 11 or 12 also.

A three-weeks cure is an ideal duration for curing health concerns and a very gentle yet thorough detox and rejuvenation program. We consider 21 days to be best for a complete transforming program. The longer the duration the deeper the result will be reaching into the body, the more substantial will be the healing. So the results will last longer.

All inclusive (inclusions) tariff for two people accommodation in a  standard room per day will be 8450.INR

All inclusive (inclusions) tariff for a person with accommodation in a premium room per day will be 4825.INR

All inclusive (inclusions) tariff for two person with accommodation in a premium room per day will be 8625.INR

Personalized Ayurveda therapy sessions. The number of sessions and the treatment will be decided by the doctor after considering the patient’s medical conditions.

Daily 3 meals will be served.

Herbal water will be provided for drinking

Three types of rooms are available.

Non-Ac rooms, premium mattresses and western style toilet with hot water facility.

Booking & Advance Payment

Dheemahi Ayurvedic Centre Neelimangalam is a unit of Dheemahi Ayurvedic Pvt Ltd. For every booking to be confirmed, an advance payment is requested. This advance payment is due directly after the client has placed a binding booking at Dheemahi Ayurvedic Centre.

Mode of Payment

The advance payment can be made either by using the online payment gateway or via bank transfer. For payment gateway link please communicate the same to our email, contact@www.dheemahiayur.com. In case of bank transfers, clients are kindly asked to ensure that the exact amount is credited and transfer charges are not levied on Dheemahi Ayurvedic Pvt Ltd.

After the respective advance payment, has been received by the Dheemahi Ayurvedic Centre, the client will receive an e-mail confirming his booking.

Please note: Should the Dheemahi Ayurvedic Centre not receive the advance payment latest 1 week after the binding booking of the client, the booking is considered invalid. In that case, the Dheemahi Ayurvedic Centre has the right to make the space available to other clients.

On-Site Payment In case of a 50% advance payment, the remaining 50% of the costs of the client’s stay has to be paid at the day of arrival, latest on the second day of the client’s stay.

In case of bank transfer payments, clients are requested to provide a written proof or receipt of their successful transaction to the Dheemahi Ayurvedic Centre administration. Clients are kindly asked to ensure that the exact amount is credited and transfer charges are not levied on the Dheemahi Ayurvedic Centre. Please note: If the payment is late due to reasons not accounted for by the Dheemahi Ayurvedic Centre, all treatments will have to be halted until the required sum is balanced.

Additional Services

If the client wishes to order some ‘aftercare’ medications after having been consulted by the treating doctors, the respective costs have to be settled before the last 4 days of the stay. The same is valid for all other optional on-site costs for additional services such as laundry service. Such payments can be made either: in cash or via credit/debit card.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

In order to provide all clients of the Dheemahi Ayurvedic Centre an equal chance to book our capacities for treatments, any client is requested to inform the Dheemahi Ayurvedic Centre about cancellation intentions as soon as possible. Decisive for the number of days applicable to the cancellation fees below is the time of the information which needs to arrive at Dheemahi Ayurvedic Centre in a written form (e-mail) before 5 p.m. local time on a working day. If the cancellation information arrives later than 5 p.m. local time, it is automatically counted to the next working day, as it can only be processed then.

The cancellation fees are:

From 1 April to 31 May
More than 1 day before the planned arrival date 95% amount will be refunded.
Less than 1 day before planned arrival date 10,000 INR (ten thousand Indian Rupees)
Cancellations or changes during the stay, amount after deducting the number of days stayed and availed treatments.

From 1 June to 31 March
During this time, there won’t be any refunds for cancellations. The client can change the booking dates if there are available slots without extra charge until the same season until 31 March. If there is no scope of coming at all, the client can use this amount for services of Dheemahi Ayurvedic Centre in the future for the tariff applicable at that time up to 3 years of reservation date subject to availability. Additionally, the booking can be transferred to a person of his/ her choice [ family or friends] if the client cannot make travel to Dheemahi.
